We want you to love what you buy from PC’s Closet. However, please note that we accept returns only for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 2 days from the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be packed in its original packaging
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Returns due to size or fit issues (accurate size details are provided before purchase)
  • Gift Cards
  • Underwear and Swimwear

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at contact@pcscloset.in or call +91 9025469755 within 2 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2: Get Return Approval

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Pack the Item

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Include a copy of the invoice and the RMA number
  • Clearly mention the RMA number on the package

Step 4: Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by PC’s Closet
  • We may arrange a pickup or guide you on the return shipping process

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment (India Only)

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing contact@pcscloset.in or calling +91 9025469755
(Monday to Sunday / 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM) .

  • Orders cancelled before shipment will be fully refunded
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation request is approved

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
